Our pumps are specifically designed for RAS systems and water reuse in aquaculture farms.
They deliver high flow rates at low head.
The combined HDPE discharge tube and support is unique in the market.
Applications
- Designed for fish, oysters, or shrimp in RAS systems.
- Suitable for water treatment units in aquaculture facilities where a continuous and stable water flow at a constant elevation is required.
Technical features
- A lightweight three-leg stainless steel structure connects the motor support plate with the impeller housing.
- The HDPE support holds the pump body and channels the water flow.
- Water cannot spill over the upper parts of the pump (bearing housing and motor).
- The external motor position reduces maintenance.
- Non-return valve configuration at the pump outlet.
- Designed for very low impeller immersion – minimum water level from the support base: 0.5–0.7 m depending on the model.
Materials
The pump body is made of AISI 316L, resistant to seawater up to 40 ppt and 30 °C.
Machined impeller made of synthetic resin.
